Bella had her first vet check up and third round of shots at Temperance Hill. Dr. Tipps was so kind to Bella, and Betty is a great technician. The whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.
Stella was treated with kindness by everyone at the clinic. Her appointment was on time and she had all her vaccines at her annual checkup.

Wonderful vets and staff, Dr. Taylor had been a lifesaver for us from our first introduction… We’ve used ask the vets there and can’t speak highly enough about them ALL… They are caring, always willing to answer any questions, and thorough… Reassuring patience and compassionate handling are so important to us. Staff was very helpful. Our pup loved the lab tech (even after a blood test). The technician made a point to establish a good rapport with our puppy first. He answered all questions in a very professional manner. Products were not pushed, but we were given recommendations. We were very impressed with how professionally everything was handled and have the utmost confidence in our pets getting the best care possible.
From the minute we walked in the door, we felt we were going to be well taken of. The office help was pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Elizabeth and tech Courtney treated my dog Pearl with gentle care. Pearl had more going on than I knew, but with their tests and meds, she is on her way to recovery. We just moved to Hot Springs and wanted a good vet…. We got the best!!!!
